Counselling

For a single session or once a month.

Fortnighly session (Package of 2)

1 hour @ A$125.00

Please note that booking 2 sessions have to occur in a fortnight.
There is flexibility to change the session day/time but not the week.

Weekly sessions (Package of 4)

1 hour @ A$80.00

Please note that the four sessions have to occur weekly.
There is flexibility to change the session day/time in the week.
Unused sessions cannot be carried forward.

Couple session

1 hour 15 minutes @ A$150.00

Couple session can be between 60 to 75min.

Parent or Family session

1 hour 30 minutes @ A$180.00

Session typically runs from 75 to 90min.

30min - Self-regulation session.

30 minutes @ A$30.00

Suitable for beginners - who are wanting to build their capacity to relax.
Half hour session for $30.

60min Self-regulation session

1 hour @ A$60.00

Suitable for those who have capacity to sit comfortably for an hour.
Hourly rates are $60.

Consultation

1 hour @ A$160.00
